No. Unfortunately due to abuse, we no longer accept returns for credit – however – ALL jammer products carry a 1 year warranty from date of purchase to work as advertised. In the unlikely event of a faulty product, we will repair or replace your defective item under the terms of our Returns Policy to insure you have the quality professional cell phone jammer that you ordered. We also cover our products beyond one year with a limited lifetime warranty.
You can find your order status by logging in to your account. Please note that FREE shipping items take 7-10 business days to arrive. Expedited orders are delivered in 3-5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If your tracking information has not yet been updated, then your order is likely awaiting customs clearance, and you should contact support for further information if it has been longer than 10 business days.
